When you create an account, we store your name, email, and encrypted password. Your business data (tables, records, files) is stored in isolated SQLite databases per company.
If you connect Google (Gmail + Drive), we store OAuth tokens to access your email and files on your behalf. We only access data when you explicitly request it through the chat. Your email content is never stored on our servers — it is fetched in real time and displayed in your browser.
When you use AI features, your queries are sent to third-party LLM providers (Mistral, Anthropic, or your own configured provider). We do not store AI conversations on the server. Your business data may be included in AI prompts to provide relevant responses.
Each company has its own database. Users from one company cannot access another company data. Admins can invite users with specific roles (admin, editor, viewer).
Runik AI is open source (MIT license). You can host it on your own server and have full control over your data. No data is sent to Allware SpA when self-hosting.
